I like Prado. I like sitting inside or outside, there is a fresh aura to it, and the plates, albeit not in a great variety, are curious and interesting. There is a lot of chicken, not my favorite meat, but other options are available, and the flavor is often unexpectedly pleasant. Rice and beans are everywhere, and maybe an effort to widen choices could be appreciated, but other than that, I would go back to this place. |

The Caribbean food found here is quite good. The entree plates include tostones and plantains, rice, and beans as well as your entree. The food is well-prepared, quite tasty, and very filling. The Jamaican tamales, which are corn with no meat, have a sweet taste that is exceptional. The carioca chicken has mango and spices that really pull the flavor from the chicken. The steak is moist and flavorful, and the banana boats (plantains stuffed with shrimp) are incredibly good. |
