Simple bar food is actually well above average at this place, from the mini-appetizers to the burgers and soups, all rich in flavor, to the desserts. There are several choices, and the personnel know and stand behind their food. A pleasant place (but I have not been there during full bar hours). The potato puffs that are served with curry aioli are some of the best snack food you will ever try. Both the bar burger and the pulled pork sandwich are quite good and large, and the macaroni and cheese is superb. Even something as simple as tomato soup is excellent here. The food is cooked well, served warm, and is a lot of fun to sit with friends and talk over.
